Processing Time
All orders are processed within one working day. Orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday. If you order before 4pm, your order will be dispatched the same day. During holidays, due to high volume of orders, dispatch times could be delayed.

These estimated delivery times are estimates for mainland UK only. Any areas which are outside of mainland UK, such as Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands etc. may experience extra delays in delivery times.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email and an order tracking page. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with a tracking link, allowing you to track your order via Royal Mail.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Gourmet E-Liquid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Gourmet E-Liquid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
