The right strength depends on how much you currently smoke or vape and the type of device you’re using:
These are only general guidelines for adult smokers and vapers – if you’re unsure what’s best for you, it can help to start at a moderate strength and adjust up or down, or speak to a healthcare professional for personalised advice. E-liquids containing nicotine are for adults only and are not suitable for non-smokers.
If you’re using a smaller starter kit or pod system, 50/50 or nic salts are usually the best choice. For larger sub ohm kits, go for high VG shortfills.
Not quite. Different devices are designed for different types of e-liquid:
Using an e-liquid that’s too thick in a small kit can cause weak flavour and wicking issues, while using a thin high-nicotine e-liquid in a powerful sub ohm device can feel too harsh. If you’re unsure, check your device manual or get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
It varies from person to person, but as a rough guide:
Heavier vapers using high-wattage sub ohm kits will go through more e-liquid than lighter users on low-wattage pod systems.
