The Gourmet eLiquid Reward Scheme
The reward scheme is setup to reward customers with user accounts on purchases made on the store.
You will receive points for completing actions on site, such as signing up, making purchases and referring friends.
When you sign up for an account you will automatically receive 200 points into your account and you are also automatically signed up to the reward scheme.
You also receive points for making purchases on the store. For every £1 spent you receive 2 points.
Points are rewarded as vouchers on the store and can only be redeemed at certain thresholds. Once you reach these point threshold, you have the opportunity to redeem a voucher code using the in app overlay screen. You can then use this code on your next purchase.
To do this, you need to open the overlay and then click on the voucher you wish to redeem. A pop up box will then open. You will then need to click "Redeem" to be sent a voucher code.
The tiers are as follows:
- 500 points equates to a £5 voucher
- 1,000 points equates to a £10 voucher
- 2,500 points equates to a £25 voucher
You cannot redeem points before these thresholds are reached.
You also receive points for referring friends to the store. If you refer a friend you receive 500 points and your friend receives a 10% off voucher. You will be credited the points when the referred friend has spent at least £5 on the store.
