Frequently Asked Questions
What is Lost Mary?
Lost Mary is one of the UK's best-known vape brands and the sister brand to Elf Bar, launched in 2022. Following the UK ban on single-use vapes in June 2025, the brand moved entirely to rechargeable, pre-filled pod systems that keep the simplicity of the original disposables while removing the throwaway hardware. The current range uses Lost Mary's own MaryLiq nicotine salt e-liquid and includes the high-capacity Nera 30K and the everyday BM6000, both delivering a mouth-to-lung (MTL) experience in 20mg (2%) nic salt, with a smaller selection of BM6000 flavours in 10mg (1%).
Are Lost Mary disposables still available in the UK?
No. The original single-use Lost Mary devices, such as the BM600, were withdrawn ahead of the UK ban on disposable vapes that came into force in June 2025. They have been replaced by rechargeable kits that take pre-filled, replaceable pods. These current devices are fully compliant with UK regulations (TPD/TRPR): you keep the battery and simply swap the pod when it runs dry, which offers better value and far less waste than the disposables they replaced.
What's the difference between a Lost Mary kit and refill pods?
A kit includes the rechargeable device and pre-filled pods, so it's what you buy first. The Lost Mary Nera 30K Fullview Pod Kit (£11.99) and BM6000 Pod Kit (£11.99) both ship ready to vape. Refill pods are the replacements for a device you already own: the Nera 15K Pre-Filled Pods (£5.99) restock the Nera platform, and the BM6000 Refill Pods (£6.99) restock the BM6000. Pods and batteries across the Nera range are cross-compatible, so once you have the device you only need to buy pods.
How many puffs does a Lost Mary vape last?
The Lost Mary Nera 30K Fullview Kit delivers up to 30,000 puffs before its first refill, made up of two pods at 15,000 puffs each. The BM6000 delivers up to 6,000 puffs from a 2ml mesh pod paired with a 10ml auto-refilling reservoir (12ml of e-liquid in total). These are manufacturer maximums and real-world figures vary with draw length, power mode and how often you vape. When a pod is finished you replace it with a fresh pre-filled pod rather than buying a whole new device.
What nicotine strengths are available and is Lost Mary TPD compliant?
Most Lost Mary pods are filled with 20mg (2%) MaryLiq nicotine salt, the UK legal maximum, with a smaller selection of BM6000 flavours also offered in 10mg (1%) for a milder throat hit. All current Lost Mary kits and pods are fully TPD/TRPR compliant: the active pods are 2ml, the devices are rechargeable and refillable, and they feature childproof and tamper-evident packaging as required by UK law. We source all stock from authorised UK distributors to guarantee authenticity.
What are the best Lost Mary flavours?
Lost Mary's MaryLiq range is built around bold fruit, ice and menthol profiles. Popular single-flavour editions include Watermelon, Cherry, Blueberry and Blue Razz, while multi-flavour blends such as Blueberry Sour Raspberry and Blueberry Cherry Cranberry are among the most recognisable across the brand. The Nera 30K is available in a wide spread of single and mixed editions, and the BM6000 refill pods come in over 40 flavours, so you can keep one device and rotate through the full MaryLiq line-up.
